The series will explore the “tender” relationship between singer and artist Gabriel (Sion Daniel Young) and his partner Andy (Fra Fee) “in their journey to adoption,” the official synopsis revealed.
Fear the Walking Dead star Lennie James takes on the role of Barrington, a closeted gay man trapped in a loveless marriage, in upcoming BBC drama Mr Loverman. Lost Boys & Fairies is a powerful new drama on BBC One that advocates for the rights of the gay community to parent a child. It stars Sion Daniel Young as Gabriel, a singer and performer who works at the queer nightclub, Neverland, who adopts a child with his partner, Andy (Fra Fee).
And one of the most intriguing queer dramas headed our way in is Lost Boys & Fairies, a four-part series that follows a gay couple's journey to adoption, and deals with heartrending and hilarious moments in turn. Tony and Mike, who adopted their son five years ago, said the series brought back a lot of memories for them.
